From Swedish Match, and from the famous General line of snus, here we have General Classic Portion Extra Strong (or as it was previously known General Extra Sterk Portion)
Most regular portions only contain 1g or less (mostly less) of snus but these ones contain 1.1g per portion and each can 22g snus in total.
The can is black in colour decorated in red and gold on top with the famous General logo and the text classic portion extra strong.
Upon opening the can I was greeted with a very pleasant, strong, tobacco and bergamot scent.
Upon placing a portion under my lip I got a long lasting, slightly salty, tobacco and bergamot taste with a dash of pepper.
The nicotine content for this snus is 14mg/g which, along with a 1.1g serving of snus per portion, makes for an extra-strong snus experience well suited to those that like a stronger nicotine dosing from their snus. I felt the nicotine came on smoothly and boldly and was long-lasting. I really enjoyed the experience.
Taking the longevity of the flavour and nicotine release pattern of the snus into account I kept the portion in for well over an hour before reaching for my next one.
