Plant Update + HomeBrew Mint Flavor

    Hi,

Here's an updated picture of the Havana 503.

Note that I have not murdered any yet.

I also harvested the mint today and got a batch of mint flavor started.

Here's a picture of the high-class vodka and one of the jar.

I'll let you know how that turns out in a month.

Hey is that moss growing in there? You might be over watering.

Just look at the fear in their eyes, which ones it gonna be first?

Yeah, that's moss. I'm definitely over watering these.

      But they wilt so fast.

I need to get these guys moved into larger homes tomorrow. Those peat pellets just don't hold enough water for these guys on a hot day, so I water about 3 times a day.

I'm thinking I'll do a window box type deal for them until they are big enough to be moved into their 4 gallon buckets.

I did kinda what JT recommended about the mid day sun wilting the leaves. I keep mine outside all day now and it gets very hot in the yard. I put them under a patio table so they only get direct sun early in the morning and later in the afternoon. I still bring them in at night. Works great. I water only once a day and no more wilting. They grow much faster too. Just try not to get the leaves wet while watering or they will melt out there. Good luck!
