    Frosteds just aren't my thing

In my second order two items I received were the Thunder Frosted Long+ and Offroad Frosted. I was hoping these would be a strong spearmint taste considering that is one of my favorite flavors. However to me they are just slugs of menthol with a touch of spearmint-type mint flavor underneath. I have tried numerous portions of each and I am digging through the cooling to get to the mint but there is not just much there for me. I must say I do like the Long+ format portion...very discreet and I have a perfect pocket for it. The Long+ gets kudos for format and the Thunder Frosted ES I posted earlier gets kudos for nic hit but the Offroad Frosted has been my biggest disappointment so far in my snus list.

    1 General Mint White Portion
    2 Jakobsson's Mint Strong Portion
    3 General White Portion
    4 General Wintergreen White Portion
    5 Thunder Frosted ES Portion
    6 Oden's Classic Kanel
    7 Thunder Frosted Long+ Portion
    8 Offroad Frosted Portion

Next up is a few non-mints...

Frosted is a sometimes flavor for me. I like the menthol cooling aspect of it but sometimes it is just too much. You should taste the lös just for reference. It is better imo.

Thunder original is pretty good. I like the flavor sterk tobacco adds to.the overall flavor but I don't go for full strength sterks. The minis are my jam.

The new oden's extreme portion is pretty good....looking toward to trying the los myself.

I would agree with you Monkey...I really do like menthol but if it is outside my ceiling of preference if you will it kinda falls off the cliff of preference. I find myself looking more for mint flavor versus menthol affect in this category. General for me has lots of mint TASTE with low to moderate COOLING. Jak's IMO has higher cooling but a totally different mint taste profile.

Other mints (so I can exhaust the category and move on) that anyone can recommend that AREN'T relying on menthol for their name?
