    I Quit Smoking!

    So, I smoked my last cigarette several hours ago. I gave away my last carton of smokes. I've been enjoying Thunder Coola and some Toque Espresso that LawOfficeGirl was kind enough to send me. Feeling the burn of a Thunder Frosted portion as I'm typing.

    I was explaining to my step dad tonight that snusing and snuffing is a tremendous tobacco experience. I don't ever think I'll pop a snus in and not enjoy the hell out of it. While, I was disgusted by 99% of the cigarettes I smoked.

    I've really been enjoying the Toque and can't wait to try out other varieties.

    Quitting smoking has been a life long goal. The timing is perfect with the weather warming up and Summer right around the corner.

    I am dedicated to pursuing fitness and outdoor adventure goals I have set for myself.

    I feel a sense of liberation and excitement. I am opening myself up to new possibilities while being careful not to become too overconfident.

    I am committed to snus and snuff.

    I'm looking forward to making it through a full smoke free day tomorrow.

    A big thanks to everyone who posted on the "How long until the snus won" thread. Those replies were exactly what I needed to get motivated to give up cigs for good.

      aww, you mentioned me. Good luck love. I have now been smoke free for 1 month and 3 days, not that i'm counting or anything. and i think it really isn't just the snus and snuff, its how great eveyone around here (most of everyone with a few ***'s in between) it certainly makes it easier. it does for me any way.
      Again, best of luck in your pursuit to fully smoke free lungs.

      Very simple, buy a pack of cigarette, take out one light it, take one puff then throw it away along with the packet. Do it a few times you will start having a feeling of wasting money which will lead to stopping smoking. Try your self and see.
