A month ago I recently put in a big (for me) order with Northerner-€250 euro.
As I had a lot of accumulated points I chose 3ml Ice Tool - "In Stock within 3-4 working days".
However no sign of ice-tool and Northerner can't tell me when it will be available for shipping - something to do with their supplier.
Strangly ice-tool is available to buy on website.
What gets to me is that I have LOS in fridge and it will be gone-off by the time I get Ice-tool!

#1lxskllr commentedEditing a commentYea, there's been a shortage of the Northerner IceTools. I'm guessing it's due to the people that that put the Northerner brand on them(laser etched?). As a stop gap, pick up a 3ml syringe from the drugstore. You can cut the bottom off, and use it as a ghetto IceTool. It works pretty well, but the aesthetics are lacking.
