    Ear/Gland Irritation from Chew?

I use chew infrequently, but I've noticed that when I use it, I get some very minor pain/tenderness right below the ear on the side I've put it. I figure it's just the irritation caused by the tobacco, but I was wondering if anyone else has that problem?

I sometimes get this discomfort under my chin, which seems to happen when I use nasal snuff.

I don't have any problem with nasal snuff, except for a sinus headache every once in a while. Snus doesn't bother me either.

I'm not very big into chew though, so I've only used Redman. Maybe I should switch to another brand after this bag and see what happens.

My jaw will hurt from chewing it but I get that with gum too. In general that seems weird. I thought chew was air cured, but I'm not sure. The sugar/molasses stuff is true it will screw up your teeth if you don't brush and chew a lot daily, on occasion though you should be fine.

I have one of those also with a few others from her pack in the house.
It is loud buzzing sound that feels like a drill and is quite distracting.

Sometimes I get a very mild sore throat when snusing, but not an earache.

I get a tightness on the neck muscles when I overdo dip ...

The ear and jaw pain might be due to muscle sensibility in your jaw ... that's why you get it with gum too...

I don't think I'm going to do dip that much longer though ... probably once in a while .. I've been constantly dipping in the last two weeks and I do feel a an overall disconfort .. upset stomach, I got tooth pain ... I even get headaches from too much ... dip :\ Maybe it's just me ...
