Shops in USA selling chewing tobacco and snuff

In USA is easy to buy chewing tobacco and american snuff?

Just to know for my next vacantion in USA.

Last year in Haway was almost impossibile smoke and buy cigarettes.
My wife was scared to be arrestend for smoking (she's 33 but look like a student)

because was not allowed in rent car, hotel, resturant, beaches, near shops......

In american now is easier use more illegal and dangerous drug then tobacco.....

Sorry about your bad experience here. I don't think you have to be worried about being arrested for (perceived)underage smoking, but the restrictions on smoking are a real hassle.

Snuff isn't that easy to come by. Food Lion grocery store sells it, but I don't know how far their reach extends. You'll likely find it more in rural areas than urban. Chewing tobacco/moist snuff you should be able to get in most convenience stores. Your best bet would be to order online, and take it with you.

Yeah Food Lion (and most other grocery stores in the continental US) sell chew dips snuff and snus (marb/camel) realy depends on the area you are vacationing in ... the Southeastern US you can find tobacco markets in most major cities

In the US, the most your wife would have to do is show her ID with proof of age on it, but 99% of cops out there would care less about a minor smoking, and be far more interested in learning who bought/sold them the cigarettes. Like others said, most convenience stores, you can buy an assortment of chew or dip. Snuff is largely limited to American scotches, which may not agree with you depending on how long you've been taking snuff. Even then, they're something you'd find more in the south than Hawai'i.

In North Carolina, our Wal-Mart's have snuff (dry and moist) plus chew and fake snus. Is this peculiar to our state, or do other Wal-Mart's carry smokefree tobacco too?

I've never seen dry snuff in Walmart, but other smokeless products I have. That isn't to say they don't hide it under the counter or something, but I eye up the smokeless selection pretty carefully, and don't see it.
