    Amish chew!!

Thanks to some other members on the forum here I discovered Amish chewing tobacco.

Purchase from Domestic Tobacco. Got the Half Sweet and Good Bite. Both are about the same, no real sweet at all. I think the sweet is really a bit of honey or molasses to keep it moist. But zero sweetness. No salt. I put a small amount in the upper lip .... wow!!! Nic hit is great. It tastes like a slightly muted Ettan. No burn to amount to anything.

It is like a large Oliver Twist or Picannell minus the salt.

Anyhow - thanks to the other posters who brought this up.

You are supposed to take a wee bit and place it behind your ear and press it in real good. Thats the way the REAL Amish use it.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

I'm glad you like it. I'm actually thinking about getting some myself. I'd like to revisit with a more mature perspective :^)

I didn't see it on there. Maybe they removed it?

Opossum oil (possum grease) is high in essential fatty acids and has been used as a chest rub and a carrier for arthritis remedies given as topical salves.
