I've been wanting some of this for a while, but for the last few weeks, every place I went to, was out. I have been mainly using Straight(Skoal, Grizzly, Red Man, Copenhagen), but I've just been kinda burnt out on that. So, I went to this Wal-mart, and well, they had ONE can of it, and it was a little old too, but I went on and got it. It seemed slightly dry, but I added a little water, and it seemed to freshen it up. I emptied that can in less than 2 days. Then yesterday, I stopped at COX's smokeshop, and they had the 5-can logs, I had a coupon, so I got a log of it for $15.
OK, mini review here. This stuff is great. It has a really unique taste, that is so robust, deep, flavorful, seasoned, it's hard to describe, but it is so good. This might be the best dip ever, I think. The Snuff has that great taste too, but for me, it's hard to dip coffee grounds. The Long Cut here, is not very long, some say it's a mid cut, but it works. It's easy to pinch to pack. Flavor lasted good amount of time to me. This has a great natural seasoned taste, I don't think one would get sick of. Has a hint of what seems a sweetness, but added or not, it seems natural, and highlights the seasoning of it. This is a great one, and for those that haven't tried it, I really recommend Copenhagen Original Long Cut.
Note the can design is different now from the old pic I posted. The new can has the 1/3 lid warning, and now says "Original" in a little rectangle on the side.
