But to answer your question dipper, I think that the proper presentation of this video to just the right authorities, depicting a careless display of firearms by persons who are clearly underage, might provoke some level of response. If only to ascertain that all participants are of legal age, a failure to act would establish certain liabilities with implications of dereliction. I was taught to act as if every gun is loaded because lets face it..... guns are unloaded until their not.
As far as legal repercussion.... it could happen... if anyone is underage in that video using tobacco or handling firearms.... in the internet age you never know who will take an interest.
