anyone have any idea when its coming out, just saw the ad myself, maybe ill post the pic i took of it later, i really hope its something like watermelon, ive been doing straight for over a year now and all the min flavors r really getting old, were long over due for another fruity flavor

Blueberry snus sounds good... I tried a can of snus that WK made using V2 tobacco and blueberry flavoring... It was pretty good.

If General or the other companies started making their own, it would be a day one purchase for me... Hell, I would probably buy 10 rolls!

Well we have apple and peach, neither of these were traditional flavors. Dark fired tobacco and fruit flavorings usually just don't mix though imo, skoal they have the flaovr overpower everything to the point it's like you taste the flavor and it has a tobacco hint which is kind of nasty. With snus the tobacco flavor is way milder so you can just lightly flavor it or add a fairly small amount and overpower it while still not having an overwhelming flavor (LD Black and Jak's mint, General mint, and Jak's WG come to mind). American companies still haven't discovered this.

Edit: My interest in rich and especially crisp has gone way down, I'd actually forgot about this thread, I expect Crisp to be a failure apple and citrus just sounds nasty, and berry blend is the worst tobacco I've tried period so I don't want a stronger flavor.

Skoal, at least to me, appears to be a "starter" brand. Get the kids hooked on the fruity flavors until they graduate to real man's dip, like Copenhagen and Skoal Classic. I bypassed all of the fruity flavors and went straight to natural varieties -- the medicinal qualities of over-flavored dip was never appealing to me.

They are pretty bad, In washington they're trying to ban them, well I don't know what planet they live on but I don't think kids are going to spend 8 dollars for a can of fruit flavored dip, but who knows. Actually a lot of people dip the fruit flavors exclusively like cherry, citrus, and peach are usually the only kinds I can find so that's what I assume people use. Skoal wintergreen, straight, and to a lesser extent mint are the main kind people use continually. If peach were like 4-5 bucks I'd probably use it more, right now in california it's 5.50 so I'd rather get copenhagen or save some money and get grizzly or T-wolf/longhorn.

From what I see they are trying to ban everything in Washington. I used to think California really sucked in the tobacco department. Now, after reading the posts from Washington snusers, I feel downright lucky.

Awww c'mon man. We are just teasing you. You can have all the bubble gum or whatever flavored tobacco you want. There is room for everyone. It's kind of like when you see a pink or yellow VW Bug with a daisy sticker in the back. It can be the greatest car in the world but you still have to make fun of it. No offense meant.

You know what my fantasy job is? I'd like to buy an old water powered mill, and make snus and snuff. I'd likely have some modern additives in the snus, primarily to regulate moisture, but otherwise my products would be as they were in the 19th century. Portion users would be SOL, and my prices would likely be a bit higher than the mass market brands, but you get what you pay for ;^)

Govegan it's all good, and I really don't mean this in a rude way, but isn't suns as a whole viewed as a pussy dip, tbh I don't think of it any less than a straight dip, but where I'm from you lose credit if you are seen with a suns tin,This is why I rarely tried it, I always thought of it as a "weak dip" as for fruity flavors, again straights my favorite, but skoal seriously needs variety now, been 4 years without a new fruit and or anything but Minty flavor

I hope your referring to camel snus and just haven't stumbled upon any of the threads about real swedish snus. Keep upping that street cred though with watermelon skoal.

Yeah the pouches are seen as pussy, loose snus is not it's seen as semi-insane an something people have no idea how to use but not pussy.
