    I sub'd.
    YouTube has such a HUGE dip community.
    And such a small snus one. Seems like me, Nash, Doomite, and Snusify are the only ones out there doing it - so hey guys! Make some snus vids :P

      I'm still going to give dip a try one of these days.. Cope will probably be my first.. A classic to dippers it seems.

        I have had dip, did it a while in college and I will have to say that it tastes quite good. What I am curious about trying is some chew. One of these days I will break down and just get a bag for the heck of it I guess. Though I have been saying that for quite a while so we will see if it ever actually happens.

          I used to LOVE grizzly wintergreen. That stuff just isn't as good to me as snus but its a matter of personal opinion. I dipped for 4 years then tried my first swedish snus 6 months ago and never went back.

            I used to chew my ass off before I switched to snus. I would recommend beechnut original or levi garrett for your first try, some like redman, but it tastes too much like raisins. I tried a good variety of chew, and beechnut was my daily go to.

            Jacksons apple jack is good too, but for a first try you are better off with an original flavor so you can get the full tobacco taste. Beechnut moonshine is nice as well, but hard to find, I think northerner still has some though.

                @nicodude Thanks, the day that I finally pick up some I will get one of those, I see them about everywhere locally. I would not have had a clue which one to try first. And I can't say I am a huge fan of raisins so I think I will shy away from redman.

                  Happy to help. Lol, yeah tobacco and raisins dont go so well together. Most people try redman as a first, dont like it, and miss out on a nice tasting chew experience thinking they all taste the same.

                  One more peice of advice for a good experience is to squeeze the bag before you pay for it, especially if you live somewhere where people dont chew much, like the northern states. The tobacco inside should feel soft when you squeeze the bag, if it is hard or crunchy then the tobacco has dried out, and will taste/feel awful in the mouth. A fresh chew is nice and juicy, with a good release of flavor/juices on the first few chews.

                    Regular Red Man does have it's fans though. I think it's one of the top sellers. And while it can be called raisin like in taste, I think many chews get that similar taste, I think it's the mollasses sweetness. My fave chews were Levi Garrett, and Red Man Select.

                      I thought the redman plug was ok, not a favorite, but I used to buy a bag once in a while. Im not saying redman doesnt have fans, just that I wouldnt recommend it for a first try if you are looking for a straight tobacco flavor, but it is a good seller, and I am biased being an ex daily beechnut chewer. But I have friends that dont care for beechnut so I think we would all agree that it varies from person to person, just like snus and snuff, some people stand behind a certain kind, while others dont care for it. Ive tried all the redman chew varieties, some are better than others, but it just wasnt a brand I would use regularly.

                        My favorite chew was red man green bag...and my least favorite chew was beechnut original. Haha, so to each their own ( ;

                          I love Red Man and I love raisins. I have never noticed any similarity between the two. To me, Red Man (regular) has one of the most natural tobacco flavors of all the chewing tobaccos.

                              What I don't like, and it can be with snus too, is buying stuff and not liking it.
                              I bought 3 cans of dip yesterday, now wishing I hadn't as I had "quit", but I had a mental obsession to get some after trying fake dip, and it wouldn't go away till I got some. But all 3 dips I got, I really don't like. I never really tried a Mint dip, so I got one, and I wanted to give Wintergreen another chance, and I never had the Skoal version, so I got that, and I just don't like either of these. And I know I prefer Natural, and I got this Red Man FC Nat, and while I like it more than the flavored, I'm not a FC fan(I got it cuz I had a coupon, and all 3 cans was $5), it tastes too "earthy" to say I like it. It seems the only dip I really like is Copenhagen Original LC. And it's been a while, but I recall liking Skoal Classic LC, because it was similar to the Copen.
