New U.S. Smokeless everything

So I checked the ingredients and they had listings for stuff didn't exist before, they apparently have skoal dark blend lc, skoal select lc, skoal smooth mint lc, and a bunch of previous flavors that come in two new cuts readycut and neatcut. Copenhagen has new flavors too Mint lc, Wg fc, some more neat cut stuff, black, straight, mint, wg pouches as well as the copenhagen snus and skoal tobacco sticks.

My first thought is um wow why do they have 20 plus new cuts and flavors coming out or at least listed? My second is is ready cut or neat cut a snus cut? Oh and the ready cut apparently contains cotton fabric as an ingredient which seemed weird.

In a truly free market I don't see how a clearly superior product such as snus is overshadowed by something like dip or other forms of smokeless tobacco. I know I know, cig companies got there first so they have all the marketing money now, but still I just don't see why snus isn't being mass adopted by every single smokeless user nationwide. It has to be an issue of awareness or something.


That being said, these new cuts were new to me. What are these new cuts going to look like? They already have a long cut, a medium cut, a fine cut etc etc, not sure where else they can go. And I am REALLY interested to see what warrants the addition of cotton fabric as part of the readycut version, wtf is that about?

The addition of cotton to Ready Cut really interested me as well. Perhaps it will aid in keeping the tobacco together, even more so than Long Cut varieties?

I would also guess that many of these varieties are test market only and will never see it to production (still to sell to the public.........even if it is just a test market.............they must provide a disclosure of the ingredients)

either that...............or the go green movement that is sweeping the nation has replaced the old fiberglass that used to be in dip.............with a more eco friendly cotton blend...................

As a tobacco user, you can't be this ignorant... There is NO fiberglass in dip, never was...

As for the 'portion' material your talking about.. It's a cut dip, not a snus.. There is no ' 'portion'.

Yeah but there was no discussion of the new cuts and varieties so I posted it here in the dip forum, I was actually double checking the snus thing to see what they used and decided to check cope lc and then bam I had to scroll through like 10 new things. Keep in mind when cope wg was released they didn't update the ingredient list for a long time.
