Can you not simply buy dip at any convenience store in NYC? I know it's crazy expensive...I paid like $8 for a tin a couple years ago just outside of NYC. -

Any shop that sells cigarettes will more than likely sell dip too, petrol stations defo will, they have big displays with it on so you can see it if you're in a shop, not like over here where it's all hidden from view!Comment
