I am really not convinced it "causes" cancer. I think, at most it "might" activate a pre-genetic disposition for cancer.

Many people get cancer, of the lungs, and throat that never use tobacco.

Out of curiosity, I would interested to see a number for those people that get it, that do not use tobacco.

I think there is a PC medical agenda that is anti-tobacco, regardless of the facts, in that if Roger Ebert was a tobacco user, the media PC doctors would all claim it was because of tobacco, even if it wasn't.

With loose tobacco Dip or Snus I get through a can in about 1 and a half days. With sterk snus about 3 days.

I meant your pinch(both of them :^D). That's a lot of tobacco at 1 time. Course at a tin every 1.5 days, I guess that is a lot. I use a bit more than 1 tin per week.

The nicotine delivery of dip sucks in comparison to snus, so you need more.

Take a pinch and throw it where you normally throw the snus. Nicotine amount/delivery/etc roughly feels the same

at least to me.

Oh EDIT before you screw up. Use the normal pinch of snus you use. Don't assume your upper lip is going to take the same amount as your lower lip or it'll just be a mess and uncomfortable.

It unfortunate that SM owns Pinkerton, but does nothing to improve it's moist snuff products. I will give them kudos just because of Red Man chew though

From that prospective, I would have to agree with you. Im not saying it's a good product, but I can understand why one would choose timberwolf over Skoal or Copenhagen. It is very cheap. Kinda like when I used to smoke USA Gold's or Grand Prix's when I was low on funds.

I would think that with their tobacco knowledge, which extends beyond just snus, they could come up with a good, premium moist snuff. Red Man moist snuff just doesn't cut it.

snusify there is no need to spit, that is another myth.
wash the first few spits down with some water, eases the burn.
spitting is classless gut it down!

and not to hijack with negativity, but long term use of plug/chew tobacco destroys ones mouth.
must be the molasses...but i know a few guys in the 50s who chew twist and they pretty much have to gum it do to destroyed teeth.
