    Mint Dips

    Hey,

I am curious of opinions on mint dips.
I have never had any mint dip.

I mainly like long cut, with Natural as my fave flavor, Straight sometimes, as some are great(like Cope's).
I'm not a wintergreen fan, I bought a can of Grizzly WG, and it was sorta good, but I didn't finish the can, as I just didn't care for the flavor.

But as I ponder dips, I realize, I have never had Mint.
Kinda curious about Skoal's Spearmint too.

So, anyone here dip Mint dips? What kind? What's best? How does it taste? Like a wad of loose Camel Frost?

I "might" get some this weekend, but I'm still having this throat irritation, so I may wait, but I am curious to try it, and I don't know it would affect my throat anyway, I haven't had anything in 2 weeks.

Comments and recommendations for Mint dips:

    Thanks.

This is too funny, I've been wanting to try the mints as well, so today I grabbed one of my Timberwolf coupons (buy one get one free) and stopped at my local tobacco shop. I've been wanting to try the peach packs too so I bought a can of that and asked for a can of the mint packs (pouches) as well. They had a special on the mint, so the two cans only cost me $1.38! The mint pouches have $1.29 on the lid so Pinkerton must be running a special now.

As far as taste, it's mint for sure. Flavor lasts a long time. I've not tried the long-cut, but, I probably would not care for it much since I'm more of a fine-cut dipper. I bought the pouches thinking I may use them during meetings at work. I use them swedish style most of the time with very little drip. I think it is good if you like the mint flavor. I've never been fond of flavored dip but Pinkerton does a good job with theirs. It's not something I would use regularly, but makes for a good change of pace.

Kodiak Mint is the best in my opinion.. But I don't dip anymore since switching to snus. But it was my go to dip when I was using it.

Grizzly's Mint is the only kind I've tried. It had a decent flavor, but not one I like in my dip. Oddly enough, I like it in my snus though. Go figure.

I recommend Wrigley's. They make a fine peppermint.

Grizzly Mint is good only if you can find a can that's not dried out.......
So far the best mint I've found was Skoal Mint. Quality Dip!

I love Timber Wolf Peach Long Cut.

How did you get your Buy One/Get One coupons?

I have some timberwolf mint in right now. My third pinch of dip ever and it's alright.

I absolutely hated it. It might just be me, I used grizzly mint twice and it was bad. The second time I mixed some vanilla extract in and that mellowed the flavor though I couldn't taste any vanilla, probably would have worked with just water. General mint is one of my favorite snus though. Skoal Spearmint is basically a cross between camel frost and mint toothpaste in flavor and rips your gums up like grizz green on steroids I wasted 8 dollars on it.

I have found couple nice mint dips. It's one of my favorite flavor if talking about flavored smokeless tobaccos.
