Now, if Copenhagen made a snus portion, with their big name, and I would expect it to be seasoned not fake overkill sweet and flavor, it would have the potential to be good, and would sell.

I'll man up today and go buy some Cope snuff (original). This will be my first time at dip so wish me luck.

Wish you the best of luck.

I've just ordered quite a few cans of Norther like 10 days ago, still didn't receive them.

Let us know how you like it.

I honestly cannot recommend "snuff" or fine cut, as I find them hard to pinch and pack, and keep in place. Especially for a newbie.

I just want the plain original flavor. Does the long cut version taste the same as the fine cut?

Thanks Tom, I did read about the long cut holding together quite while in your lip. Might have to go with that one instead.

The LC does hold together a LOT better IMHO I use the pouches a lot when Iam bowling its less of a mess and since I never spit no one hardly notices a pouch ! At home I use the regular LC no puches and pack a pile in my lower lip . A newbie would be better off IMO starting with pouches 40 yrs ago when I first dipped there was no pouches as far as I know . Some folks say the pouches are not as strong and I agree but if I want a big hit I just stuff 2 in there :O) I also keep Grizzly wintergreen and skoal pouch wintergreen around for when the mood hits me always trying to remeber to try some Griz LC stright but never seem to get around to it its a lot cheaper here in Michigan than Copenhagen . But I love Orignal Copenhagen anyway . But like everything else its aquired taste .
