So this recipe is based on the Oxford Snus recipe I made before that was a success - it is made from 50:50 Dark Air Cured and Virginia and the initial sauce is spiced with cinnamon, ginger and tonka - sweetened with liquorice root and xylitol.

But instead of being flavoured with bergamot and rosewood oil ... this one is flavoured with 5 tablespoons of Aberlour single malt per 100g of tobacco flour.

I made it slightly spicier and sweeter to go with the whisky.

It's not aged yet - but I have a prilla in now .... and once it smooths itself out it's going to be one hell of a snus! Nothing like Probe ... a bit more like christmas pudding.

    Cheers

When was surgury and how long until you are you in recovery for? I used to buy my children these car games for vacations. Put a variety of things in a bag so they could amuse themselves.....i usuall yended up in the back seat with them reading to them and helping them play the damn toy games anyway! Do you have a "babysitter" ? I wonder what an adult version of a bag of keep you entertained tous would be? Time to shop!

That recile makes me hungry. I ysed to drink too so kinda thirsty too. You should make ads for companies to promote there products. I want some! No, yo dont have to supply me. I love ginger. Who doesnt. Such a funky root

Great to hear you got the seeds Faylool ... bang 'em in I'd say! Funny to think of a plant from the Americas being sent back there after a few generations in the cold, wet British Isles. I'm sure they will perform - my germination rate was excellent.

Just fill some small pots with good compost, drop a single seed on the surface of each and water. They will germinate faster if covered with a plastic bag or similar and kept warm. Germination is also better with a very fine seed compost rather than a course one.

          Good luck!
