I have watched many tutorials of how to flavor snus, and I was wondering if I can use the same method to flavor loose snus? I love loose snus but hate the frosted loose snus. (i am forced to use portions when I want these flavors) I was thinking about making wintergreen, spermint, and maybe cherry. Is this possible?

There's no reason why you can't add flavours on top of the existing ones in loose snus ... but if you put cherry on top of the frosted snus then it's going to be one hell of a strange mix!
Because a single can of snus is such a small amount you're going to need only tiny amounts of flavouring - and it will be difficult not to over-do it. If you dilute flavourings down in water or vodka first then you're likely to have better results.
The same rules apply as if you're flavouring home-made snus ... careful not to add stuff with sugar in as that will be a danger to your teeth - but any food grade ingredient that can be incorporated will work.Squeezyjohn
Sometimes wrong and sometimes right .... but ALWAYS certain!!!
