Nothing says 'class' like a "Pr0nografisk dosa i nysilver!". Can someone translate "Snus och mus är mitt förtjus, kaffe och pitt är gummans" for me? The (not-so-hot) translation site I used gave me "snuff and mouse are my förtjus, coffee and pitt is the old lady's”. I don't know what to make of that...

OK. I got 'pitt', and that it refers to the male unit (courtesy of the Lexin dictionary online). I figure 'fortjus' has to be 'strength', or something similar. The use of 'mus' must have been because it rhymes with 'snus', so what is the slangy meaning for 'mouse'?

cant remember if Gallivare snus stil have their site, but i usually get 2 kg, sent to the place where i hunt for roebuck in Sweeden! i got in contackt with them throug the lumberjacks there and they used alot of that stuff, so i wanted to try it out aswell and it wasent bad! and cheap it is aswell!! :wink: i think i got it to be down to around 12 sve kr. for a 50 gr. tin.

do you guys know it?

Do we know "IT"? Gellivare? I've only seen pictures of their plastic oval cans. One with a red label and the other with a green label.
But sweet friggin' christ 2 KILOGRAMS (that's 4.41 Lbs.) of snus! ROFL!
I haven't seen a webshop with Gellivare in quite a few months. I think BuySnus used to stock it. I guess they don't carry it anymore 'cause it didn't sell? I'd love to taste some though. Do you know where to get a few cans shipped?

well im laughing like H..! because i was out looking for some meat to take out of the deepfridge and wath did my eye see!!! All the way down in the bottom! a whole can of gellivare with 2 or 300 gr. in it if not more! i usually devide all that snus into smaller portions when i get the big box! unfortunally i think this box is over a year old, and there is a bit of frost on the top of the baccy. So i cant even say if it still is good. only the gods know if it is possibel to use it!

i think i might remember if i got a box like that in the fridge, but must have hat a alzheimer delight about that one! snus is pretty cheap here, so i sometime buy too much......if there is anything you cant have to much of, when you talk about snus!

Oh well, if it was in the freezer it'l prolly be okay (unless the freezer thawed a few times since you put it there). So yeah if you're gonna throw it away I'll offer my tastebuds to test it out.

What the heck is the "SnusMaster" on the tilbudet website? I tried to get this text translated to get some insight:

I usually use Systran for Swedish translations, but this time it came up really weird. I guess it's not surprising - I can tell when my students' Spanish homework comes from Babelfish (powered by Systran):

Can anyone else provide a better description of what this contraption does? What I can put together from this random selection of words is that it basically pumps snus into your lip. Is that about right? Doesn't seem very elegant at all. Maybe Icetool will make one in stainless steel someday!

I don't speak swedish, but as far, as I understand it, the text means:
