Are we talking about the same Fubar Grunt here?
I get pepper with an after aroma of slightly smoked pipe tobacco. The nicotine is quite long lasting but didn't appear to be that strong. An average snuff.

Yes, it seems that there are some pretty big batch variations. Makes me hesitant to re-order it.

It should smell like coconut and pussy! Young hottie coconut! That was humped by a cigar............... Dave finally admitted that he had them incorporate musk as the mystery scent.

I have not the foggiest idea what a Gravy Granule smells like, but if it is not like a pair of Young hottie panties on a coconut containing a damn fine cigar, then gravy it is I guess. You know I might have to prevail on the post to deliver you some of my sacred stash, PM me when you feel "better".

I have never once regretted buying as much of the original batch as I did, not once! Better than gold bars that original batch.

Well there must be a new batch out, I was tracking all of the batches, but have not ordered a tin to check out for about 5 months. The Fourth batch was pretty "spot on" though. A problem with Grunt is that it is predominantly a straight tobacco snuff, most of the flavor was from the base tobacco. It is subtle and develops in the nose, and the hype marketing just sets one up for disappointment. This is one I hated at first, nothing special, but I was determined not to let it go to waste. Then one day it just pushed all my buttons. It has a good bit of nicotine too. There has to be at least three years of tobacco crops since the first batch, this is one that is base tobacco dependent, since there are no heavy scents added.

It was Lazer who stuck the "panties" scent label on this snuff, took me a while to get that one, I always dated girls with "fresh" panties, at least I tried, Lazer may have had "other" tastes in women! Damn, I sure miss that guy!
