    Patchouli

Manly men don't like the small of patchouli.....get a job and cut your damn hair you burden on soc .....wait......

    Wait.

This is what patchouli smells like?

    This is good.......

    Real good......

It is hard to appreciate the smell of patchouli over the BO of an unwashed human.

F&T Patchouli is really a great snuff. It is moist and earthy with a heavy, musky earthyness and herbal flavor.....wow it is perfumed but not sickly.......and for it being only one flavor it sure is complex.

And potent......I can't get it out of my nose......no, really......the neti pot ain't doing it.

    It lasts forever.......and I like it....kinda

It makes me want to tye dye a t shirt and braid flowers in my back hair.....

Glad it was on sale or I would have never tried it.

Good. Not an all day snuff for me but nice for a relaxing evening........or strong enough to cover the smell of a dead hooker left in the closet.....

PP....you should get some of this......goes well with a blue barrel.

Patchouli reminds me of days gone by and hippy chicks, which can never be a bad thing.......

I've been afraid to try this one. I have long hair and a really long beard but I'm not a hippie. Hate that smell. Not sure what that means tho. I'm around it alot in this area.

I haven't tried this snuff yet, but I've worked with patchouli flowers and oils derived from them fairly often. (I make incense, scented oils, and bath salts as a hobby.) Patchouli is famous/notorious (depending on whether you love it or hate it) for its habit of lingering around for an unusually long time.

The grade of patchouli flowers used is very important to the quality of the fragrance. Cheap patchouli smells like dirt with a couple of wilted flowers mixed in. Top-shelf patchouli is very strong, but the floral essence overpowers the soil-like elements. And yes, it is one of the most complex fragrances in existence.

I wanna check this one out - i don't know of patchouli so i just read up on it and it sounds interesting. It made me reach for my Fribourg and Treyer 'Macouba' snuff which i have by the side of my computer.

I bought a tin of Friborg and Treyer Patchouli today - the tobacconist couldn't afford the highrates of his premises so he was operating on a small scale down in the arcade. He said he wasn't sure how long is business could go on. 60% off the cost of briar pipes - had a good selection.

I like the smell of patchouli.

It's available in snuff form? I will have to try that some day. It sounds good.

Patchouli goes very well with the scent of summer storm, and broken pine trees :^D

Seriously, it does, but I'm not looking forward to seeing the damage tomorrow :^/

hard to believe, but i've nearly finished my 50 grams of this. it has a great warm burn is the nose, and a solid nicotine hit. what others have this consistency? it's got the fine grind of a toast, but seems more oily. just works great for me.

Yes, this is in my F&T top snuffs. I get earthy complex flowers. Love it.

I got fed up with this snuff very very quickly.
                            Too much perfume.

Never tried the snuff - but Patchouli seems attractive to start with as a smell with it's woodiness and aromatic properties.

But it is also sickly - and like vanilla it's not a smell you can live with for long.

Real men like woody smells ... but for real satisfaction try cedar wood or real mysore sandalwood!
