    Peppermint

This may be the perfect peppermint snuff. Not too sweet, but slightly creamy. I suspect, as reviewers on other sites have noted, there may be just a hint of vanilla behind the peppermint to give it that creamy sensation. There's also a bit of a woody note -- unusual, but it works well to balance the mint. The mint isn't overbearing, either, although there's not a distinct tobacco taste, probably because Toque's base tobaccos tend to the mild side.

Color is a light brown, with a medium-fine grind. There's enough moisture to make it easy to take. It's not really a candy snuff, but a fairly natural peppermint. Recommended to mint lovers, newbies, and anyone who wants a nice cooling snuff other than a menthol.

I am in the opposite boat. I dislike this snuff because do not like the smell of peppermint.

    Menthol me all day instead.

It still is a quality snuff.

I like this snuff. It has a nice clean minty scent without turning into candy. My all day snuffs are the SP's, straight tobacco's and toast, but this is a nice refreshing change up. It's a good alternative for people who can't deal with the medicated type snuff.

It also should be noted that I dug this one out of the stash box. It was over 2 years old with no special storage. It was sitting in the original can on a shelf and it's still good to go. Unlike a few others that had gone bad on me, namely the Togue Vanilla and Blueberry that went completely flat, the Peppermint held its own for long term storage.
