I'd guess I've tried more than 40 different snuffs in the past three or four years .. and NONE can equal a good cigar or fragrant pipe. Why are you trying? Take up pipe smoking. I do three pipefulls a day. Nothing touches the pipe smoke for taste (NEVER inhale to your lungs, of course, just puff and exhale through your nose). But if must pursue powdery tobacco in your nose, then PipenSnus has given you good advice. A coffee grinder like he suggests is $3 at Goodwill. You want a finer powder? Use a mortar and pestle like the pros do. About $1 at your local thrift store.

Just don't expect to find the aroma/taste of combusted fine cigar of pipe tobacco in any commercial nasal snuff offering. At least, that's my take after a similar search. BTW: The Latakia nasal snuff is great .. but not nearly as good as the cavedish/latakia blend I smoke daily in my pipe.
