Trouble with the Toque bullets...

So, I've been trying out my recent order from Mr. Snuff, which included a couple toque bullets. However, I'm finding that the snuff is packed in way too tight for the snuff to fall in to the little area that I'm assuming is supposed to hold it. Am I doing something wrong here? I've read a few articles on how to use bullets and it seems like I'm doing it right.

Yes, i've got a couple, had them for over a year, i just don't like them ... Still full, and i'm sure they will stay that way!!

I only keep my bullets half full, then before using it...give it a shake to loosen it up a bit.

Flick the bullet with your finger while loading the little pocket deal, should do the trick.

I'm not a fan of bullets. I like pinching, or for German snuff, sniffing off the back of my hand.

Please remember we hard pack as much as we can get in our bullets so, empty at least half back into the gripseal bag. This allows the snuff to flow freely and fill the chamber. You can up the dose by keeping a finger on the dose hole and refilling the chamber 2 or 3 times.

How to Pimp a Toque bullet. Take a thin knife and insert into the hole where you would sniff from and pare a little of the plastic, then pull out the tap and by paring away some of the plastic enlarge the snuff chamber. When you replace the tap make sure the rubber ring is bedded down properly. You can now take larger doses from the bullet.

I've got 3 bullets but rarely use them because they kill my nose and forehead

I remember the first time I used a bullet I was about to fall of my feet

Sometimes it can tend to do that, especially with finer snuffs, but what you can do is take a deep breath, and then inhaling again while in the deep breath to get your snuff up there. It makes it not travel so fast. Also, angle the bullet a bit to the right or left in the nose to block some of the air flow from the bullet. That will make it easier to take, and you don't really have to worry about breathing extremely carefully if done correctly.

The clear plastic bullets have worked great for me. The metal bullets are a different story. The ones I have just seem like they are too tight when I try and turn the knob it sticks to the point it rubs my thumbs raw. I have only been using it because it seems like I get more snuff per dose but now that I see that trick for a double dose it may be time to retire the metal bullet.
