So yeah I just ordered a bunch of snuff from overseas and I was wondering if I'm going to have to fork out more taxes when it shows up on my doorstep? I don't think I've bought any tobacco from overseas post-PACT so I have no idea how it works. Living in Illinois btw. Thanks in advance!

You're supposed to report it on your taxes, but nothing should be due at the time it reaches your door.

I've never heard of anyone having an issue with snus but have with cigs or cigars ordered from a US company. Years later in fact..

Ya, just be sure to rat yourself out to the appropriate revenue authorities, as we all do here, and you will be fine. If you forget, then you have to promise to do better next time............. just sayin.
