The toque cans look eerily similar to a superglue displacement product i found in my dads garage a couple months back.

Just bought two from my local store... man they are delicious but they go straight to my throat! Even the lightest sniff puts the tobacco all the way back there! Any tips?

If you're using a very fine grind or a very dry one then you don't really inhale - you just need to take in enough air to bring it in to the front of your nose and stop the flow of air immediately with that bit of the back of your throat/back of your nose that "closes" your nose from within.

If you find that wording of advice complicated (it's really hard to describe it in words!) - you could try just pinching it/massaging it in to your septum with the very lightest of wafts inwards in your nose.

          Delicacy is the key!

              Thanks for the quick feedback.

I would recommend going to a B&M, because despite my newbie throat problems (that sounded sexual), the problems aren't really so bad and the stuff is amazingly delicious. Like, I want to inhale a whole tin.

Hey dude, if you picked up the Toque at your local shop, they should also sell a brand called Silver Dollar. Try it, because it's a tad easier to take for newbies. It has a bit more moisture and isn't as fine. Also has some great flavors ;-)

Thanks Rick! Yeah, I have mainly mint stuff right now, so I could use some variety. I will get some of that too!

Try the raspberry or the apricot...both are very good!

Most of the SDs are mentholated to some degree so if you want something not minty stick with the Toque or the SD original is the least mentholated of them all. Rick is right though, the raspberry and apricot SD are bloody good.

I got 6 25 gram cans of 6 different Torque my first order. Everybody has different tastes of course but mine are keepers with a few favorites. I'm liking snuff more than snus at this time but noses need a break same as mouth. Then vaping gets a break and around it goes. I bet everybody likes Spanish Gem though. I can safely recommend that to anybody who uses snuff.
My commitment is strong. I bought a dozen or so various brands and strengths 25 grams each mostly. Spent a loooong time shopping and it was fun fun. It'll take awhile to try them all but if a few seem really special I'll no doubt mention them on this forum. I expect this delivery this week. Did it that way to save on shipping too. Snuff lasts a long time unlike snus in storage
