Viking Dark and Toque Natural Toast are another two I really like and deliver the nicotine. Who knows, they might not be your cup of tea but they are in my favourites. Also, Dholakia Ganga at bedtime totally relaxes me and gives me sweet dreams.

I second viking dark! Taxi red for a big nic hit, but taxi blue is a daily user for me, its almost perfect for a dark, moist and coarse natural snuff.

This is good advice. I'd go for the straight menthol though and I'd stay away from finer snuffs. If you get all that you'll have more snuff than you can shake a stick at, and it's a good introduction to snuff. Toque isn't bad snuff at all. Don't think that WoS because it's in an oldy worldy tin and it's British makes it a better snuff. However, as far as Menthol goes WoS Menthol Plus is very good...but be careful with menthol....it can tire your nose out very quickly, meaning, your nose will feel permanently stuffed up afterwards.

Ill do the Dohlakia Ganga t bedtime tonight. I have it. And the sparrow. No, dont like toasts so far and dark I like somill check in to Viking dark. Thank you. Ill pass on Princes Friebourg Treyer. Dark lightly moist medium fine grain. Good good after natural flavor -after initial nice hitting scents which dont linger

Let me add to what others have said already............the Molens Snuffs are well worth trying and are great beginner snuff because they are more coarsely ground and thus easier to handle. They are made old world style and are all top quality

Start with these:

Gingerbread

Mettaijer (a good intro into plain, or unflavored snuffs, though technically it is neither),

Chocosnuff (be sure to get the Virginia base and not the Latakia to start with)

and Prins regent

Let us know what you end up with

No, they are the worst thing to happen to snuff IMO, any moist ones clog up and you can't get any out, the drier, finer ones dose too much and you take way too much in. or they come (premade ones) with the snuff too tightly packed in so you can't get any out. Personally I would avoid them.

Noooooooo! I made that mistake when I first started. They're poxy things.
First, you don't get enough of a snuff from them - when they work the snuff goes straight down your throat. Horrible things.
Get a load of it on that piece of skin muscle between your thumb and forefinger and gently sniff until it goes just into the bottom/middle/top of your nasal passage, depending on preference. It should never go down your throat if done properly. It should never be snorted. Bullets require snorting. Bad Bad Bad. You'll see.

Good that im getting started with some advice.

I went on toques and about to order
Berwick Brown, quit, SP Extra, Rose, Violet, Peach, Strawberry, Blueberry, Natural, bluberry menthol or straight menthol

I wanna replace one with a peppermint. which one to replace?

And you guys mentioned other flavors, but once again, until I try out a good base of flavors I don't want to order more
