Living in the US not really sure how to even get this stuff. Checked all the local places that have snus. They all say someone like me comes in every 6 months and asks if they have snuff and that just isnt enough to start ordering it (understandable.) I'm checking out Toquesnuff.com They seem to have a ton of flavors i could sample. Do I run the risk of having to pay customs on this stuff? Is it difficult to learn how to use it? I'm just wondering if I should get 5 or 6 decent sounding flavors and give it a try. I'd hate to risk getting a customs tax on this stuff just to try it though. Thanks for the help.
Wanting to try snuff?

Try mrsnuff.com. Toque makes great snuff, but I disagree with directing noobs to get a full order of Toque. If you happen to dislike their style, you'll have a full order of stuff you don't like. Determine how much you want to spend, then ask here for advice for different snuffs.
Ordering is just like ordering snus, and using it is easy, but like snus, it may take a little while to become comfortable with it.

Zimobog has a nice variety of snuffs on the tobacco exchange. No worry about customs and the price should be right. I'm pretty sure he is in the US.Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......
I've been wrong lots of times. Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

They have a " scratch and dent" type pack that actually got me using a couple favorites and the others were fine....you know. I'm not terribly fussy I guess. I kinda of just love snuff.
that was the nice way to put it.......I almost posted......
Dear Fay you are so addicted to nicotine that if dog poop had nicotine in it your face would be brown. But I thought I'd be a gentleman and not post that.Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

The exchange isnt in recent threads and im having trouble finding it with all these site categories. Could someone link me?
As far as customs depending where i order, is that even an issue anymore? I havent seen anyone say theyve been charged customs even when ordering from buysnus. Any google searches only brings things up from 2010 saying they werent charged any customs. I'm thoroughly confused on if this is even an issue anymore.

How long does snuff last? If i understand correctly its supposed to just sit in your nose and deliver nicotine while you enjoy a nice smell? How do you get it out? Just blow really hard?
Also I keep seeing pictures of little cans and little boxes. Is there a difference or do certain flavors/manufacturers just put it in different containers

Personally, I think a good sampling would include Spanish Gem, Blueberry, Lime Toast, St. Clements, Original, a couple menthols, and whatever else strikes your fancy.

I put together a sampler for blueberry, chocolate, vanilla, christmas pudding, champagne, cheese n bacon, peanut butter, rasberry menthol, espresso and toffee. What you have listed sounds good but ive read the toasts arent good for beginners. All of those will definitely be in my next order though assuming i like this. I havent placed the order yet so if chees n bacon, espresso, or tofee arent good let me know i wouldnt mind switching them with something else. Well i guess i'll pull the trigger on this thing here soon.
