So Iv been able to go max 3 months with out lighting up thanks to snus but eventually the hard cravings got to me. Couple of months ago I bought some nasal snuff (surprised how cheap..) and They do take the edge off. Sometimes they even give the relief as if I smoked. My question is, is anyone worried about any nose problems? I typically let it sit in my nose for 30 seconds to a minute before blowing or "digging" a napkin to clean it out. Havent been able to really find any solid information on whether its a safer alternative than smoking (I feel like it is). Any one have any statistics they'd like to share? P.s. Any recommendations? So far menthol isnt my fav. Not the worse, but not my favorite (red bull) and Im really liking toast. (Wilsons of sharrow Irish toast no. 22) And apricot is ok in small doses or mix it with Samuel gawith's honey. Just looking for something smooth with a decent hit <3
