Every snuffer sneezes now and then. Noobs sneeze a lot more. Your nose needs to get used to a new irritant being stuck in it. Give it some time and try smaller pinches til you get acclimated. I think I sneezed through my first week, now it's pretty seldom after only 2 months.

TBD and I both started about the same time. Same thing for me. In the beginning, it was frequent. Also had a habit of getting it back in my troat. With time, with practice, with building up my sensativity, I almost never get it in back of my throat now and I sneeze from it about once or twice a week.

it was love at first snuff for me. Tom created a monster when he sent me a sample of Dholakia Coconut Toffee, it is now my everyday snuff. falling in close second Toque original. Toque Toast and Marmalade has an awesome kick, that's my good morning snuff. Toque Raspberry Menthol is very nice and refreshing and I usually don't care for menthol. Oh,,and I do like Toque Vanilla.
The only one I can't taste very well is Toque Blueberry.
I got a sample in my order from Tom today, Dholakia Brandy and Mapple, that's a good one to try if you haven't yet.

If anyone wants some Dholakia swiss chocolate send me a pm and you can have it....such great reviews but it's way to chocolaty for me

          A couple of questions..
How long does snuff last? (not in the can but up your nose) Leave it up your nose for a couple of minutes, then a good blow? Half hour? Long as you like? None of my damn business?

How long does the taste last? Is it gone as soon as you blow?

Is it like Snus in as, put it in, enjoy the taste, leave it in as long as your enjoying, then get rid of it.

          Thanks

Leave it there as long as you are enjoying. Many times I've gone outside 10 minutes after stuffing and the smell is there again.

I usually only blow my nose if it starts to get runny, for me this seems to happen more in the morning.

As far as cleaning your nose, I think everyone has their own times and ways of doing it

WOW! A Lady snuffer? and Snusser? Be still my heart....

ddandb, snuff is like snus, flavors vary. Some will stick with you for ages, some are gone in minutes. Most will last for a few minutes. Since it's basically a powder you really don't remove it. A good blow if you get stuffy, or just want a clean out, or a finger ( discreetly). If you switch flavors often you might get some overlap if you don't clean out the nostrils, but if you stick with one or two... I blow my nose when needed, some snuffs will stuff me up within a minute or so , some flavors I go for hour without a cleaning.

So my snuff sales job clicked for you!!!

My Toque rotation is Whiskey and Honey, Raspberry, Espresso, Blueberry, Bourbon, Absinthe, and the new rose and something else. In many ways, I feel even more excitement and pleasure with snuff. Snus is still my workhorse, and I desperately love my favorites, but snuff just excites me more. it is a burst of happiness. would panic now just as much being without snuff as I would be without my snus.

And btw, it took me at least a month before I could really master flavor. Now i taste everything!!!

Oh and for the chocolate?? I use it occasionally to mix with other snuff. Too much alone, but a bit added to other snuff makes for some wonderful combinations

Sounds like you're becoming quite an expert Sagedil. Once you master detecting the subtleties of flavour, the snuff world is your oyster.

So Roderick, can you elaborate any on the new flavors coming out next week? Hopefully there won't be an Toast & Oyster? Though now that I think of it...

Banana would cool. Enjoying Roderick’s fine snuffs, especially “Quit”. It does make a nice base and nic bump for my other Toque flavors! :P

I hate allergy season. It makes it difficult and painful to snuff. I was enjoying my Fribourg and Treyer up until a couple weeks ago when my allergies hit full swing. The snuff just exacerbates it. >.<

Toque Original is a bergamont/citrus flavor. Actually pretty close to Earl Grey.
