    I'll be kissing my $$ goodbye by means of a willing refund (which I doubt he has any intention of sending anyways) Thankfully, his payment method is Paypal, which has buyer protection against hacks like this.

      Still no refund, nor response to my past several e-mails. I've gopne forward with opening a Paypal dispute. Hopefully this is completed quickly and painlessly.

            It amazes me that you are in business with your stellar customer service skills.

            You, sir, fail at communication. You refuse to accept the fact that your china made hunk of shit could possibly have a defect. You are screwing people by selling items that do not even remotely resemble those on your website.

            Your excuse is always that "you are too busy". "Too busy to update the pic on your website" why the hell would you? No one would willingly pay this sort of money if they knew they were going to get the piece of shit that you send out.

            "You were out of the office all day and couldn't respond" This amuses me since every e-mail you have sent me has been from a blackberry device, so don't spout off that bullshit that you were not in the office. You obviously had your blackberry with you which is fully capable of logging into paypal. In fact, said blackberry seems to be your main contact point for this business.

            Don't try to make me feel bad or spin anything off on me. YOU are the one with the terrible attitude. I am simply a dissatisfied customer who would have been more than content had you said right off the bat "I'm sorry there was a defect, that has not happened before. Send the item back to me and I will happily refund your money". But you cant do that can you?

            I'll be escalating my claim through Paypal along with transcriptions of our conversation in it's entirety so that they can see what a "pleasure" you have been to do business with.

                Great Product

                I have bought a couple for myself and a few for friends and we have all been elated with the quality and craftmanship these are well made. Maybe you just got defective one. I delt with the owner and he is very accommodating when I gave my wrong address he sent me a new one for free. I have sent many people to this site that have bought and they have nothing but great things to say about there snuff holders. But they are only made for Copenhagen and skoal cans. Sorry bud sounds like a defective one to me

                  No doubt Ix. Had he had an ounce of class in fixing this transaction, this entire thread would have been of praise and stellar customer service.

                  But alas, not the case. I hope he reads this, registers and has a response. I'd love to read what he has to say when it is in the public eye.

                              I take my bussiness very seriously

                              I take my business and customer service very seriously. I work as a finishing carpenter and have this website. I was at work from 630 this am and got home at 5pm. If you read my return policy it is refund only. I was going to refund his money as I promised but he never gave me a chance and reported me to pay pal. Pay pal has closed his claim as they said I sen the product. If you read the description the only thing in there is that the clip is differant. For your info I have sent free caddys to people that have sent the wrong addresses to me and never received there product I sent them another caddy plus paid for the re shipping. I said i would make things right and I was not given the opportunity to do so. At no time did I say I wasnt going to do things right for Kevin.

I was disappointed that things didn't work out I had all intention of refunding you your money and then you report me. You never gave me a chance to make things right. That's not cool to slang someones product like that. Theses are not from china all my products are made in Canada so don't put me in that class please. I take great pride in my business and products I am sorry I cant explain why the caddy broke but maybe it was a defective one. If you want to work this out let me know as this wasn't fair from the start. I wasn't given the chance to fix this.
