As all of you know, I am a regular junkie about collecting little toys to go along with my tobacco use.
I have all the Icetool sizes, a loose box, and I still use my copenhagen on a regular basis.
Well, I decided that I was going to order a quick-draw holster from www.snuffcaddy.com.
Here is what the website shows + their description:
And here is what was sent to me:
Where is the leather wrapped clip? Where is the nice accent stitching? This piece of crap has a $.50 metal clip with the zinc plating chipping off and f'n rust spots!
At this point I send an e-mail to snuffcaddy.com requesting that they re-send the item that I actually ordered... You know, the one pictured on the website that I was expecting, only to be let down when this piece of trash arrived!
And then...
I go to my refrigerator and get my can of Copenhagen snuff just to see how it looks anyways and look what happened!
The damn thing is made so cheaply out of such low-grade, thin leather that it tore right at the stitching a third of the way down the holster. Not to mention that even WITH the rip in it, I still have to wrestle the clasp to even come close to sealing with it's magnetic closure point.
At this point I sent a second e-mail saying "Forget the replacement, I want my money back!"
There is nothing worse than ordering something and having it show up completely different in a very bad way. It is such a let-down.
Now I wait and see what happens. :evil:
