    No doubt man.

I am very pleased with all my online transactions. I would have even been OK with this one had the guy not been such an unprofessional, defensive douchenozzle.

      Good point Sagedil.

But still, it sucks and the company should correct the mistake. I feel for you, Xobe. That's really disappointing and frustrating. I feel the same way about the Icetool I ordered that went missing from the package. We definitely receive good service most of the time, but it doesn't make it feel any better when a mistake happens.

No, but when we remember how lucky we usually are, just makes keeping a good mind set when we DO have to deal with the few problems easier

Wow man. That really sucks. Whoever cobbled that piece of crap together ought to be ashamed of themselves. It looks like something a middle schooler taking a crafts class would make.

(This assumes that someplace in the world there is a middle schooler with both a snuff habit and a middle school that has a leather working class.)

Wow, that is about the most unprofessional ridiculous response I have ever seen to a customer service issue. It is great to see that we have a large group of snus users here to see what a unrespectable website that is. Maybe it will affect the business enough that they will rethink how they run it. We are fortunate to have several great companies in snus to give our business to.

I've noticed a trend of terrible customer service in the states and it's getting worse all the time. I guess they figure they don't need to please all the customers as long as most are happy. I guess they dont count on us telling everyone we know they are a shity company.
Nice use of douchenozzle by the way. One of my favorite words. It got me banned from xboxlive for a week for having it in my personal motto. damn you microsoft.

"doouchenozzle"? Is that an industry term?
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

                      Snuffcaddy is Canadian.

I'm sorry to hear of your problems Xob :^( That customer support is abysmal. I would expect better of a small company that makes a niche product. Do you think it was made in Canada, or was it outsourced to China? It looks like typical Chinese workmanship to me.

I think it was made at a Sunday Arts & Crafts class at the local YMCA.

Having been involved in customer service for 10 years myself, it gives me chills that this guy would even utter the words "I don't appreciate...". He needs to wake up and realize that he is asking people to buy things from him, and his feelings and what he thinks matter for nothing. Zero. Zilch. He can complain and talk about his hurt feelings when he is the customer for everything he buys for himself. As CS manager, I walk employees out the door for expressing any negative emotions to the customer, or in any way trying to make them feel bad.

I would post about the experience and post the pics and emails on every possibly interested forum I could.

I've sent him a couple more e-mails asking for my refund.

                              His first response was:

It will be done sometime today
my response to that (2+ hours later):

How bout that refund bud. Will take but a min of your time to go to paypal.com and click "refund"
                              He has not responded.

Ah, good old customer service. Where I come from, the customer is always right (with the use of common sense and an adequate amount of reason). This is a clear cut case. Cough up the nickels and dimes and life goes on.
