I've made an order today of Toque SP, Toque Peach, and Rooster.

I will give you guys a little review of the SP and Peach. The Rooster I have been using occasionally since I received a sample from NicotineRush. I am getting the hang of the dry fine snuffs, and they are pretty darn enjoyable if used properly. Getting to work and having that first Lucky Strike original and a little sniff of some Rooster really woke me up this morning!

Hey I resemble that remark, lol. I'm gonna have to get a wintergreen leaf for my avatar.

Seriously though, Old Paris is great. F&T high dry toast is also outstanding. French Carotte is pretty good too.

And Royal George is a fantastic blend of tastes. Variable tastes .. must be the reason there are so many snuff blends.

The only 2 snuffs I absolutely hated is, Wilsons French Carrotte, QWS Jasmine.... oh, and Wilsons Royal George. Make it 3.
I don't mind the QWS Jasmine, but the Sandalwood is a little freaky. Love their Irish Coffee, Apricot, and Ice Cool though! And even the Smoker's Blend is pretty good. Just can't take that Sandalwood lately for some reason. I liked it at first, but not now. Who knows, maybe next week I'll like it again ;-) I've definitely been leaning towards the fruity ones these days.

`Other than Toque Rose which I use in copious amounts,I really don't care for florals but have been using a lot of fruit flavors. The new Toque Peach is IMO the best fruit he's come up with. It smells just like granpa's peach warehouse would smell on a hot day. Or the smell as you bite into a ripe cling peach. Snuff and then open your eyes, you expect to see a peach. Its amazing! Apricots good also but seems like its just a little soft. A little tartness would help. I'd like to see a Toque Apple.

Sam Gawiths fruit flavors are pretty good too. I'm hoovering piles of the Apple lately, I was expecting the usual US Jolly Rancher Green Apple pucker your mouth flavor in snuff but amazingly its more along a lines of a nice mellow granny smith or Macintosh. Very relaxing. Their cherry is pretty good too,a nice sweet dark cherry flavor. I'm still deciding on Mandarin. Its better than WOS Tangerine and has a strong citrus flavor but the little bit of menthol is enough to set me off it.

All your page 23 belong to me.

Yes, I have found recently that I do enjoy the Rooster quite a bit.

Anyone know of any banana scented snuffs? I think I remember lxskllr had one in his stash from the "Pics of your stash" thread, but I could be mistaken. Me and my buddy who sits next to me at work use snus and snuff (I got him into it!), and he was inquiring about a banana scented snuff.

Samuel Gawith makes one(the kind I have), but I don't know about others. I was just going to try some to refresh my memory and post, but I can't find it atm :^/

I will say that I'm not crazy about fruit snuffs, so my opinion can't be trusted in this regard. Samuel Gawith is my favorite snuff maker, and if I were to get a banana snuff, they'd be my first choice. I'll post my opinion of it later if it turns up.

i bought a couple of loads from nicotinerush.com before that i had not used any dry snuff in a while. the stuff i got from them was easy to use really.

Growing up in this area (in the south) seeing dry snuff was normal. as kids we would play around trying it.

the other day my wife went to the store and i told her to just buy me a can of whatever snuff they had. figured i would just try it, play around. anyway, she bought home a can of tops scotch. i opened it up and took a big toot and man kind it about took my head off.

I sure am glad she did not bring home any rooster or i might not have lived to write this.

I will be sticking with the sissy stuff from now on

btw, the can of tops 1.15 oz cost $2.00 even at the local store. think i saw it for about $4 online. i never thought of tops as a "premium" brand haha.

Now that i am thinking about snuff when i was a kid. i can remember the store selling these drinking glasses full of snuff. So when you finished the stuff you had a drinking glass. I would guess the glass held about 16oz as it was a ice tea glass. that goes back 30-40 or so years. bunch of snuff but back then people really did "dip" it. some snuffed it but most dipped

question, anyone know how to store dry snuff long term? i went a little nuts and over bought and now i have enough snuff to last me and my descendant a long long time if i can keep it from going bad. most of my snuff is flavored. such as toque cherry, wilsons crumbs of comfort, ozona raspberry...

funny though of all this snuff i bought the one that is turning into my everyday is toque cherry menthol. if i ever run out of snuff i am going to try some of the other toques. when i first tried it i thought i got ripped. latter on it turned into my favorite. i really like crumbs of comfort a lot but i cant use it all the time. i think mc chrystals o&g notable snuff too.

I'd say an airtight container would be best. Some snuffs lose their scent after awhile, and will dry out too much. They'll always be usable, but not necessarily as good as new.

I already had about 25 different snuffs I've collected over the last year, but I just got my first big order from nicotinerush. I don't use snuff all the time but I really like all the different flavors. I don't think I've had a snuff I don't actually like although I think I'm allergic to Crumbs of Comfort.

                          Anyways, just sharing my excitement!

                          -Cheers!

Oh yeah, this is my first order with American's and I'm glad I got them

You have some of my top favorites there Snuffy. I really like the Zwiefacker, Doppelt-Fermentiert, and the HDT. The only one I really don't like is the Checkerberry. I didn't know checkerberry was wintergreen when I ordered :^D

Oh, and the Lotzbeck's is a strange one, not my favorite, but ok. The Perle otoh... I've grown to tolerate it in small quantities, but it smells like basement dust :^/

Yeah I didn't know Checkerberry was wintergreen either. I just liked the name. Oh well.

                                Toque SP Extra

Roderick has done an amazing job as usual, this is exactly what I was wanting when I mentioned a cross between Toque Original and Toque Quit. However, the bergamot goes an extra distance and in a very good way. It's almost as if there is a dab of Toque Rose in there. Toque Rose, by itself is a bit much for me (But others love it, so don't hesitate to try it.), however the Toque SP Extra is right on the money. It's very smooth, similar to the Toque Original but maybe not quite as fine, and a little bit moister as well. It is very easy to take, and has a smooth flavor/scent that sticks quite well but not too much in that it overstays its welcome. This will definitely be on my reorder list and thankfully I ordered the 25g tin.

                                Thanks,
