Nasal Snuff

lol, yea that non tobacco snuff they were talking about in the other thread right Sage!?! I wish my nose would get better. I've never been sick this long. Everyone else in my family and work all have it as well. I still carry the snuff with me in my pocket though, it makes me feel safe.

haha, well sage since I have never done that b4 and really don't plan to, this was my first experience using a straw up my nose. I felt like a kid when we used to be dumb and sniff pixi stix. LOL

So I haven't used snuff in a few months, and found myself using it the past few days for some reason. I have toque whiskey/honey and Ozona spearmint.

Last night I got a wild hair and went to nic rush and ordered the following:

1 x McChrystal's O & G
1 x Spanish Jewel/Gem
1 x Lotzbeck Vanille
1 x Poschl Gawith Cola
1 x Rooster Scotch Snuff
1 x Poschl Packards Club

and they threw in a Dr. Rumneys Export for free.


I don't really know what ive got my self in for... but. I'll see. I hope I enjoy most of these.

I guess since I have been an avid nasal spray user the FUBAR isn't bothering me that bad. I find that I am hitting it 4 or 5 times an hour. I think I have a problem...is there such a thing as NSA, Nasal Snuff Anonymous?

I really wish I could get the wretched scent of that sandalwood out of the bullet so I could reuse it. I don't like touching the snuff and getting it all under my pretty manicured nails and I look like a freak shoving a butter knife up my nose all the time :lol: :lol: :lol:

Anyone else try any of the Asian snuffs that showed up recently? The cigar one is okay, but damn, the Thai herbal one is awesome! I've sort of always dismissed herbal snuffs as being more pointless than a decaf espresso, but I tossed it in on a lark. It smells super fruity, and delicious.

I really wish that wherever it was procured from, the Xichang cigar snuff had been stored better. I feel as if it would have had a much better scent to it had it been kept away from moisture. Oh well, I was warned on the site when I bought it.

I haven't tried snuff for years and then it didn't do anything for me. I liked the smell though. But I'm sitting here craving a snort for some weird reason so I've ordered

I just got my first shipment and tried my first snuff. I got six that were recommended for beginners at Mr. Snuff

QWS - Irish Coffee - it's okay
QWS - Ice Cool - okay
Blast - Whisky Honey - don't like it
Poschl's Gletscher Prise - don't like it, has a strange aftertaste
Dholakia Swiss Chocolate - tastes good but not crazy about it
Poschl's Gawith Apricot - Can't stop using this one, LOVE IT

Up until this weekend I had still been smoking a couple of cigs a day having started Snusing about a month ago - mainly because my wife still smokes so they have been readily available. Since I got the snuff on Saturday have not smoked at all. LOVE the Snuff and Snus!!!!

Now, if anybody could recommend some other snuffs, taking into consideration the one that I love above I'd greatly appreciate it. The apricot one that I love is mentholated as are the others that I find okay, so I think that mentholated is probably a necessity for me.

I'd recommend the Wilsons fruity menthols, and the Toque fruity menthols.

Brasilian Traditional Healing Snuffs and my opinion over it

I know there are a lot of good snus and snuff products available but, after knowing the brasilian traditional healing snuffs that I use, I loose my interest in other snuffs because nowadays I am interested to become free from tobacco products.

I use few different snuffs types, I am very satisfied with them, but I like to see the discussions people make about this subject in this site.

I don't think non-tobacco snuff has much appeal. Though if someone likes it, great. I do have that Dholakia non tobacco herbal snuff, and I do like that.

I am really digging American snuff. I'm used to the Poschl type stuff. Tried Dental snuff quite a while ago and wasn't much into it. Decided to give it another shot and bought Dental mild Scotch at my local grocery. Been using it everyday for a couple of weeks. I like it a lot. It reminds me of autumn in Tennessee when the farmers go to smoking their tobacco crop in the barns. Tried WE Garrett also good. Seems to have substantial nicotine as I have gone from 10 Nick & Johnny Strong snus a day to about 5. Tube Rose will be next as I'd like to sample a sweet snuff. I'll still be ordering my Poshcl menthols. But American Scotches are getting "go to" status in my rotation.

So I placed an order with Toque on Friday and it arrived in my mailbox today! England to Illinois in 4 days, outstanding Roderick.

I have ordered from Mr Snuff a couple of times and always have to wait at least a week
