I just ordered the 10-can sampler from Toque. I guess we'll see what this snuff business is all about.

Spend some time over at snuffhouse.org, reading the how-to's posted over there. And start small!!! Best advice I got here when i was new was take no more than about the size of a pea when you are new. Taking in too much WILL make your head hurt.

You know I was thinking about ordering that too out of curiosity since so many talk so highly of snuff. I just didn't know what 10 kinds to pick and I was also wondering if I should throw in a bullet to help me with the dose.

I would really appreciate some suggestions on the best 10 to go with and if I should throw a bullet in there and if those bullets can be refilled. Thanks

I dont know snuff from my ass, but I believe I saw Toque on here the other day suggesting that you dump the snuff out and put some back in the bullet when you get it. So I think it is re-useable.

Yep, those bullets unscrew from the bottom and are completely refillable. Also, look on snuffhouse.org for some cool ideas on how to alter them for better performance. Personally, I don't use mine much anymore as they impede the "bloom" of flavor/aroma, but like Sage says, they are awesome for convenience and portability.

I honestly can't feel any nicotine effect from snuff.

I bought many different snuff packages but I think they all tasted and smelled the same - ammoniac. I tried venting the ammoniac smell away, but it did NOT help.

For that reason I prefer the german snuffs with menthol or coke flava'.

Toque has a running poll of peoples top 10 favorites. Maybe that will help. I have found most of Toques flavors are very much like their names. SO if you think you would like that scent, you will be OK.

Spirit, No regrets with any of your choices. I especially like the expresso.

Nice selection! As to what you'll like, just depends on what you like. :P

I've heard a lot of good about Coke, and never heard anyone who didn't like whiskey & honey.

I think you'll never use that much. I threw in a can with an order one time. Months later, and I still have it. It's ok stuff, but it leaves some nasty boogers in my nose and I spill the shit sometimes and kind of just feel dirty. It also ****s up the sinuses. I just stick to snus and the occassional cigar.

....lol, oooor you'll become a junky like me. I have 22 flavors on my desk, 10 or so in storage, and about 6 in my laptop bag for work. Also have emergency stashes of Rooster, W.E. Garrett, and Red Seal in the truck & desk at work in case i suddenly get a scotch urge....

I took Sage's advice and use the mini bullets as a container more than anything. This morning was rather sad though. Went to get in my car and noticed a pile of snuff between the seat and the door. My missing bullet of Crumbs of Comfort spilled must have fallen out of my pocket while i was in the car.
