Highly recommended, the highland ice that they do is also one to enjoy if you like a clean menthol smell. For me the O&G has a slightly unpleasant after-odour but when I first started snuffing I wouldn't be without a tin of O&G
O&G is the standard in English medicated snuff AFAIC. Very complicated, and "warm" for a menthol snuff. It doesn't have the sharp bite some menthols have.
One of the reasons I find that CoC is a good wake up call was the sharpness. The sting alone was enough to shock me back to reality after a good night's sleep.
O&G, on the other hand, is fairly strong in the nicotine department. Not as sharp as the Crumbs, but the nic did the job. There is also a little spiciness that adds to the mix.
I used O&G before I started using Toque's menthol. I noticed after using the Toque's for several weeks, i find that the O&G has a slight funky smell to it that I never noticed before. Hence why it's my morning blend.
Today I've been sampling my homemade thuoc lao snuff, medium grind with just a dash of bicarb and slightly rehydrated, not moist just not powdery dry anymore. Got some mixed 50/50 with Hedges The Snuff to give a go tomorrow, although not sure if the smokey leathery smell and the menthol will mix.
