Is it a good or bad idea to do some snuff when having a runny, stuffed nose due to a cold? I'm thinking the Ozona President will make it a bit easier to breath with my nose, but I don't know.

Is it a good or bad idea to do some snuff when having a runny, stuffed nose due to a cold? I'm thinking the Ozona President will make it a bit easier to breath with my nose, but I don't know.

I have been dealing with this for month. Allergies for me. Sometimes a mentholated helps open me up. Once open I follow up with a non-mentholated and it sometimes helps.
