Thats what everyone says I just expected stronger flavor.

Now this Poschl President on the other hand was like boom, strong flavor. It is much darker, coarser and more moist then the others I have tried. I could do without the citrus part but it was nice to be able to really sniff it up in there with no fear of hitting the throat. I may be a menthol guy.

RRK, much like with snus, it takes a while for a new snuffer to properly taste snuff. Typical time frame is anywhere between 2 weeks to a month. So don't jump to any fast conclusions. Just keep using and wait to see what develops.

Yeh I'm sure you are right.

I can feel pretty strong nicotine from this Poschl President.

What is this type called that is darker, coarser and more moist?

Do you guys know of what some of the most powerfully flavored snuffs are?

I can already appreciate this. For each Toque I do, it has taken me till the 2nd day to even sense the flavor much at all.

Although I must admit, so far the Expresso I just couldn't give that 2nd day for now and ended up dumping it back into the tin from my trusty bullet. It just tasted like cigarette ash for some reason. I absolutely could not pull out any coffee taste at all. I will revisit it down the road as this will likely change.

So far out of the ones I've tried I really like the Poschle Packards Club and the Toque Chocolate. Though I don't like that I only get 6.5 grams of Poschl and the automatic dispenser thingy gives me about twice as much as I usually use. I still can hardly taste the Wiskey and Honey but I will give it some more time and the Toffee is also good but pretty similar to the Chocolate. The Poschl President reminds me a little to much of those honey lemon menthol cough drops, which I don't like. But it is still a pretty good snuff. I think the grind and moisture content are very nice and it seems to have more nicotine then the others to me.

I broke open the Dholakia Swiss Chocolate for the first time tonight and damn I'm sure digging the coarser texture of this along with the lasting scent of pure hot chocolate!

A little sweet to make my staple, but certainly one to keep stocked up on when in the mood for a blast of chocolate goodness!

I'm definitely getting some Dholakia Swiss chocolate and a couple of Bernards in my next order. Which I am making as soon as I find out if Mars Cigars takes Discover card.

They are sold out of most of their Bernards. But, I already got confirmation that Mars does take Discover card.

Eh never mind. They only have one kind of Bernards. I guess I will wait on nicotine rush to restock.

So this is what I am thinking for my next order. What do you guys think?

                        Fribourg & Treyer Princes
                        Dholakia Swiss Chocolate
                        Bernards Brasil Doppelt Fermentiert
                        Bernard Klostermischung
                        Bernards Zwiefacher Smalzler

                        Hope I spelled those right.

I'd also like to try the Taxi Rock Spearmint but its not available on nicotinerush yet.

Taxi Rock is pretty good, Taxis are coarser ground, and the regular Taxi, Red and Blue, are moist, but my Taxi Rock was not.
Dholakia Swiss Choclate os very good, if you like chocolate.
Klostermischung is good in an odd way, it's very heavy and spice like.

RRK, if you want snuff that has a lot of flavor, try some McChrystals Clove snuff. It's very strong and stays with you for a while. That is if you like clove, if not stay away from it, because you will be smelling clove for a while after you snuff it. Also if you like menthol, you must try McChrystals Original and Genuine.

I'd also reccomend trying more of the F&T snuffs they are all excellent and have great flavor. Sam Gawith also has some great snuffs, and they have several coarse grinds if that is what you like, London Brown, Black Rappee and Kendal Brown are pretty moist, and Zip is a great menthol.

But as others have pointed out, there is no snuff that you are going to take one sniff and have it last all day, or even as long as the flavor from snus will last. That's one of the reasons I use both.

Ew, lots of good suggestions in there. I will add them to my list though I don't know how much I am going to order at one time. I don't think I really like citrus flavors in snuff.

I think I will add the Sam Gawith London Brown. To get a taste for that brand.

I think the McCrystals are a little fine for me at this point and the O&G has some citrus. So does the Kendal Brown and the Black Rappee can wait since I don't really like the idea of a smoked pine. But, I'm sure I will get all of these eventually.
