Hell, at this point I can't take care of getting my kid's back and forth to school. No gas=no go!

It would be different if I were using the money without him knowing or spending it stupidly, but that isn't the case. I don't even use 'his' money w/o asking ever. We are married, I should have access to money, period.

Being controlled sucks a**, and I know. Right now I am not only contemplating divorce for lack of oral, but also because he controls the money. I ran out of gas today only to find out he emptied out our joint checking account and opened a new one w/o my name on it. So now I have to ASK for gas money, wtf????

I'm sorry to hear this. Seems we are both going through similar situations from different ends. Yea, lack of oral sucks to... no pun intended...definitely feel your pain on that one, although everything is pretty much gone in mine.
