I just got some of this simply saline. It is pretty cool. It sprays a mist which seems to work pretty well followed by a blow.

I'll use some saline now and then, but most of the time I just use a wet wipe, the same kind you'd use on a baby. Works really well.

That's a neti pot. I have one. It does pour water in one side and out the other. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it.
