    Reusing QWS Bullet

Ugg, ok, I am a cheap-a** and won't spend the $3 to get a bullet. I took the QWS sandalwood bullet and boiled it, then let it dry...it still stinks like sandalwood. Now I have it sitting in bleach water. I want to use it but don't want my other snuff to smell like sandalwood.

Anyone have any ideas(besides the obvious, buy a bullet)?

    Christi,

Didn't you order the 3 new improved fruit flavours and get a free refillable bullet?

If you didn't, I'll send you a free one with your next order.

No that wasn't me. I have not had the chance to order from you. Mainly I have been using the snuff exchange to try new things out.

I will make sure to order something soon! How do you get rid of the smell from refillable bullets? I am seriously stumped.

        Christi -

Definitely try Toque. They seem to have the best "rep" around here, and their Coke and Chocolate snuffs are the first two I tried and I still enjoy them very much.

The first snuff I tried was Toque, it was from Veganpunk..Cherry and I didn't like it. The scent wasn't noticeable to me at all. I have been steering more towards really, really strong menthol. I might give the coke a try...another one I saw was bacon and cheese, really? I don't know if that would make me eat less or more, haha.

Got to agree with you there, that's why we upped the flavour of our fruit snuffs. A lot of folks thought the flavour was too subtle.

Best way to clear a lingering smell is to stick the bullet in the freezer, the lower the temperature the better, as I believe it kills the bacteria.

I am all over that idea! Thank you, the bleach water DID NOT WORK!

Is there a special link for that? Went to www.toquesnuff.com and did not see anything about new & improved flavors or a free refillable bullet.

Just an update, the freezer idea didn't work. Maybe I didn't leave it in there long enough. IDK.

I put some coffee grounds in the bottle because I remember us putting them in our van after we bought it used to get rid of the cig smell. It worked, now I can add my WOW coffee bite(thanks PP) to the bullet and it will work wonderfully.

                    NOmad,
It was a simple little promotion, all orders over £10.00/$15.00 and including a Cherry, Blueberry or Raspberry flavour get a random free bullet.

Christi, I used to have that problem with Absinthe. Really inly Toque that caused me that issue. Know what I finally done???

Just filled it with something else. Within an hour, the Absinthe smell was long gone. Honestly, thought it would be a bigger issue than it turned out to be.

Sage: I thought the coffee did it but it didn't. I will put a little bit of my FUBAR in there just to see. I don't want to waste any of my snuff. The bullet has been sitting in my kitchen window airing out for 24 hours now.
