Fred Stoker Closing, dry snuff, chew, and dip

I just got a letter from Fred Stoker's saying they are closing shop due to the PACT ACT Legislation. 29 June 2010 is the closing date.

Are they closing totally, or just their mail order part? I know tobacco shops sell their products.
