It still might be a good idea if it's not that difficult to get the FDA thing and be able to be sold on the getsnus site.

I would be both pleased and honored to represent Toque Snuff here in the USA. I will take my remuneration in the form of Natural Toast……………………………..

Of course there is a great possibility that we will all go to jail………… imminent really………..almost certain…………

but if you are not adverse to living the next few years on the run…………..setting up an alternate identity…………………and finding a small Caribbean nation willing to give us asylum…………………then I think it’s a match made in heaven.

Oh and how are your jungle survival skills…………….no reason………..just asking

Also……………. after that whole little Zulu war thing ya’ll had a few years back…………………… it might be best if I dealt with the natives……………..but we can work all that out later

          Let me know
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

I don't understand why the FDA is so concerned about ingredients in tobacco products. Tobacco additives used today, especially in smokeless tobacco, are virtually harmless. They should be more focused on TSNA levels. I actually wouldn't mind having a mandated list of TSNA levels, nicotine content, and the pH level on the bottom of each can. Then I would know which brand is the strongest.

Roderick- Is there a reason you don't want to register with the FDA? I mean You are looking at an opportunity to be the easiest and best snuff to get. While a few of us may try and circumvent the law or pay ridiculous shipping. I think, just by nature if you are the only snuff on getsnus's site besides poschl, You will experience more sales both new and repeat. I for one love being able to buy my snuff and snus at the same time. Especially when we all are going to be paying more money for taxes on it all. I could understand your reluctance, when you were under the assumption that you would still be able to use the USPS. At this point tho, especially considering everyone here thinks northerner is going for a brick and Mortar distribution spot, why wouldn't you become compliant? You would be the only snuff compliant and if sales were what I think they'd be you would be groundfloor. I mean snuff and snus go together, Just look at this sit which is now backed by Northerner, yet still giving snuff(You) Major face time. You really need to get on board, my friend.

Even if Roderick wanted to go through the compliance drill he might well quail at the large amount of paperwork, and expense, if the FDA is going to require separate paperwork on each and every product he sells.

Snuff should be easy to register, as there really isn't anything in it besides tobacco and maybe menthol. Scents are not ingredients. My understanding is that Roderick doesn't use oils, just allows the scents to be picked up by the tobacco. So Toque would only have to register his tobacco, or blends of tobacco.

He could work with Norhterner, Importers can do this as well as manufacturers if i'm not mistaken. This is a golden opportunity for him. Like TBD said, according to roderick it is all natural. So where's the problem???????
