Does anyone else use a snuff box like this?

I bought one of these a week ago and I'm loving it. I never spill any snuff and it is so easy to tap onto the back of my hand and take a sniff.




If anyone is looking for a way to transport snuff safely then I would recommend checking this nice little wooden box out.

Or maybe some of you have one of these already. If so what do you think?

I noticed those boxes when I was Web surfing to check out nasal snuff sites. Very clever design. I may get one, eventually.

I like that design too. The box looks unfinished on the outside, is it?

I don't think they're unfinished, it's just not a high-gloss finish like we're accustomed to seeing. Probably something natural, like linseed oil, carnauba, or beeswax.

I did a little more reading on the SnuffStore website. They are indeed finished with beeswax. Which would mean they not only look good, but smell nice, too, even before you put a scented snuff in them.

I don't have that particular box, but I have two others. I use them when the mood strike me, but honestly, my favorite method is a nice big pinch right from the can.

Way better then the bullet. Bullets make me think of coke/meth. I just won't buy one for that reason.

There ought to be another inexpensive type of portable snuff storage other than the bullets and the tap boxes. Not everybody can afford to buy a nice snuffbox like the ones above, or like the Triple Tech boxes. And, as dxh noted, it ought to be something that doesn't look like drug paraphernalia. Any inventors want to take up the challenge?

That actually looks pretty cool.. I ordered a bullet for work because I couldn't see any other affordable options.. Thing is I'll look crazy using it buti needed something portable.

Off topic I'm enjoying snuff alot so far.. That with my snus has been a great combo.

bullets don't really work that well for snuffing anyway. You kind of have to just pour it out on your hand and take it a different way, so what's the point? Get some smash boxes. Lots of smash boxes. Good for storage, transport, use, mixing, and they are cheap.

Answered my own question. Placed an order last night for one of these boxes amongst a few other items. Seems to be shipping out as of this morning already. I'll update how it goes.

Yeah, I have tried a few different types of bullets before I got this box and they all seem to leak snuff through the day in my pocket of bag. Also as others have said, actually trying to take snuff straight from a bullet really is a rather horrible way to use snuff.
