I'm not home atm, but if memory serves me, the green boxlet you are refering to is an Indian snuff (sample)? from like Mr. Snuff or something. I'll have to check to confirm. All my Toque that I'm not carrying in my briefcase is on the bottom shelf. Actually it's a 'top shelf' snuff but not enough room for my stash up there.
PS: The "General" box on the bottom is full of odd shaped snuffs and bullets and such.
