Wilsons New Flavors: 5 for 4

Hi everybody: we have finally got the new Wilsons on the shelves. We have all 5 flavors: Brandy, Lemon Toast, Rum and Raisin, Sandalwood and Whisky in all three tin sizes. There is a special going on whereby if you buy 4 you get the fifth for free. If you are interested, see here: Wilsons 5 for 4

    Thanks
    Dave

We just got a new delivery of Wilsons 25g. Added to the bunch is Prime Minister, Menthol Plus, Irish Coffee and SM500. If you are interested you can find them here: Wilsons 25 grammers.

Here are a couple of reviews:

Prime Minister: basically a Crumbs of Comfort (spearmint) with a healthy dose of menthol. It has a nice scent up front and a pleasant pepperminty base note. The snuff itself is med nic, which is fine. I like it as a late summer/early fall snuff.

Menthol Plus: the name says it, but there is also a certain sweetness to it which I find interesting. Not as strong as Hedges, more on a par with McChrystal's OnG which is my personal all time favorite menthol/camphor/euc snuff.

Irish Coffee: Not a big fan of this, but good to compare in case it is your preference. I like a stronger coffee flavor personally, but if you are more of a creamy dunkin donuts kinda coffee guy, with a hint of Baileys, this might just do the trick.

SM500: this snuff has a decent very loyal following. Some snuffers will snuff nothing else. It is strong in the menthol dept; med-high nic. For me it is a good all-round menthol snuff, but it just misses fitting into my daily rotation.

      Hope that helps,

      Dave

Hi Dave! Thanks for the info! I'm working on placing an order BUT can't log in to my account, am I the only one having issues? Even tried opening a new account. I am so excited to try those new Wilsons as well as a few others!

It started after they moved servers at least for me... desirexe, you must check out the new flavors Brandy, Lemon Toast, Rum and Raisin, Sandalwood and Whisky... I did a short review on the 3 that I've had (Lemon Toast, Rum and Raisin, Whisky)... All of Dave's Wilsons stock is amazingly fresh...

If there's any camphor in Menthol Plus, I'm not detecting it. That's fine with me, as I prefer little or no camphor with my menthol. Eucalyptus is fine, and MP is a potent blend of the two. Maybe not the most powerful menthol, but it will definitely open you up. I'm starting to prefer the WoS menthols to O&G, although McC's has some other fine flavors, like their Hops.

Irish Coffee is only mildly scented, but that's OK. Sometimes I don't want an assault upon my senses. It does indeed taste like a latte or other creamy coffee drink, with just a subtle hint of liqueur. Would be a good choice for a raw newbie, as it's very easy to take.
