Lot of uniforms where I work at too, with guns, badges, and handcuffs. And... a megaload of pot, and other such things, the smell will knock you out on some days.

NOmad - I did visit the site that you recommended, THANK YOU! I only had the ingredients on hand to make 'tomato tea.' It was actually pretty tasty, tasted just like a virgin bloody mary. I've already got apple cider on my list when I go to the store. But anyway, it was either my vit C snuff, the tea or simply due to time, but I slept awesome last night and woke up with a considerably less ouchy throat & less congestion. I am ALMOST back to normal! WOO HOO!!! With that in mind, I will not miss a day of snuffing from now on, I swear that prevents me from getting these blasted colds from my son who gets them at school! Next time you get busted on the job, tell 'em that it is a cold preventative and to bugger off about your booger!
