Kool was the first cigarette I smoked regularly. I actually got a pack of unfiltered Kools once. I didn't even know they made such a thing. I asked the clerk for a pack of regular Kools, and he handed me a shorty pack. I said "screw it", and tried them. A little harsh tbh, but it was a... erm... cool experience :^P I wish I had saved the pack. I wouldn't mind having a collection of shorty cigarette packs :^)

Started with a few packs of Camel lights in high school, moved to Drum rollies and the occasional pack of 3 Castles until college, actually smoked a pipe pretty regularly at age 16 often in Dennys restaurant to the disgust of old men dining at the same time, started smoking Winstons, then Lucky Strike filters, might have been into some Camel Wides for a while there, maybe back to Winstons, then finished off the habit with a good 6 years of Parliament Lights.
